Interactive Advisory Software Is Now Doing Business
As Hanlon Advisory Software.

Egg Harbor Township, NJ – Hanlon announced today that Interactive Advisory Software (“IAS”) will begin doing business as Hanlon Advisory Software (“HAS”) effective March 20, 2017. The goal of the name change is to leverage the strength of the Hanlon brand and to align its corporate and product brand identities. Hanlon Advisory Software will continue to be the leading provider of fully bundled software and back/middle office services for financial institutions, wealth managers, advisors, broker/dealers and family offices.

“Technology in the financial services sector continues to evolve at a tremendous speed. Each day we process over $40b of financial data for our advisors and institutions and we felt it was time to capitalize on the momentum of all our businesses,” said Sean Hanlon, Chairman and CEO of Hanlon. “With the added regulatory changes in financial services, now is the right time to leverage both our experience and leading edge technology offerings across our business lines.”

In conjunction with Hanlon’s impressive software development and service strategies, Hanlon Advisory Software now has increased ability to bring compliance, marketing, business practice management, M&A capabilities, and wealth management deliverables to its customers. Customers, vendors and partners will find no change in the quality of our platform or services offered, obtaining information, or conducting business with the new business identity.

“We will continue to offer and expand on our popular Wealth Management Platform. Recent enhancements along with new partnerships with Blackrock and Morningstar position us as the leading end to end wealth management solution for advisors and institutions,” stated Nathan Berk, Chief Information Officer. Berk continued, “this new brand identity helps us better represent our services to our customers and prospects.”

Along with the rebranding, the company adopted a new corporate identity, including a new logo and visual identity, and a new website that can be found here.
